Sphene / Titanite

In Tanzania, sphene or titanite is usually yellow-brown to greenish in color, but sometimes occurs in hand-sized crystals. The calcium titanium silicate crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system and twinning is quite common. Sphene has only a medium hardness (Mohs: 5-5.5).

The town of Rudi is located only a few kilometers away from the town of Winza (which is much better known for its ruby finds), right in the center of Tanzania.

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 days (-20 to Australia/New Zealand).
