At Mine Mineral Market we select our minerals based on quality and aesthetic aspects, so that we can offer minerals in every price segment.

Our minerals come from different parts of the world, although we primarily purchase minerals from certain countries. Further information about the origin and location of the minerals can be found on the product pages.

We primarily source our minerals from specific countries. You can find out about the mineralogical peculiarities of these countries on separate pages ("Fascination...(country)").

On our website you will find detailed product descriptions, information on the origin of minerals and geological background to help you with your purchasing decision. For a selection of special minerals, we have created additional special pages ("Fascination...(mineral)"), which provide in-depth information about the minerals.

We cannot provide you with any information on our website
on the metaphysical or healing significance of minerals.

In our online shop Mine Mineral Market, our products are displayed in chronological order (the newest mineral first). You can also filter by mineral type, country of origin, price or color or use the search mask directly. We also offer catalog and information pages.
To order, simply place the items you want to your cart, follow the checkout instructions and provide your shipping information.

We have designed our mineral offerings to be accessible to both beginners and experienced mineral connoisseurs.
Our product range offers something for everyone, from inexpensive entry-level pieces to rare collector's minerals. Our customers are people who appreciate the beauty and diversity of the mineral world.

Our range of minerals is also suitable for resellers. Due to small business status in accordance with § 19 UStG, VAT is not shown in our store or on your invoice. A corresponding note is included on the invoice so that the invoice can also be used for the reverse charge procedure for sales to other EU countries.

We always offer special offers. Since we calculate tight prices for our attractive prices, we cannot offer any discounts. Check our website regularly or sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date.

Via our newsletter and on our homepage we will inform you in good time about our purchasing trips, during which we post newly acquired minerals online depending on local internet conditions.

With the newsletter we inform our customers about upcoming shopping trips, larger product range additions, special offers or new catalog or information pages. In general, you will only be informed about major changes. In your interest, we would like to avoid a flood of emails.

You can request minerals from our focus countries from us. During our shopping trips we try to fulfill your wishes. However, the current local mineral market is unpredictable and wishes may not be realized. We therefore cannot accept pre-orders. If the requested minerals are expensive, we reserve the right to require a deposit of 30% of the sales price before purchasing on site. Beforehand, you will be provided with meaningful video material of the goods in question.

Yes, an order in our online shop is possible at any time. If you order newly purchased minerals several times during our trip, you will receive a final bundled invoice upon our return. Shipping will then only be charged once.

You can collect multiple orders for 14 days. They will then be billed together and the shipping fees will be determined. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please contact us by email immediately after your first order.

If you want to buy a stone as a gift for a mineral collector, choosing a gift voucher is usually a good decision to prevent a potential bad purchase. That's why we of course offer you this option.

We use Shopify Payments to process payment transactions and can therefore guarantee you the highest level of security for your data.

Your order will usually be processed and shipped within three business days. Shipping during absences (shopping trips, trade fairs, vacation, etc.) is not possible. They are displayed on the homepage. After these absences - especially after shopping trips - there may be delays in processing orders.

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Please note that for international orders customs fees and other charges may incur, which must be paid by the customer.

We ship the minerals with DHL. In order to offer our customers in Switzerland, Great Britain, Canada and the USA inexpensive alternatives, we also use HERMES or other shipping service providers to ship small packages to these countries.

We offer standard shipping from our shipping service providers DHL and HERMES. Other shipping options are also available for an additional charge. Please contact us by email shortly after placing your order.

Shipping costs vary depending on shipping option and delivery location and weight of your order. The exact costs can be found on the “Shipping information” page or will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Delivery time depends on your location. As a rule, the delivery time is between 3 and 14 days.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can track the shipping status at any time.

Shipping is insured as standard up to a value of €500. Higher levels of protection are possible for a premium.

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of ordering without giving reasons. Please inform us immediately by email and use the cancellation form on the “Objection and return” page.

If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will find a solution to resolve the issue, including a refund or replacement.

Yes, we offer a 14 day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within this period - provided that the mineral is returned in unaltered form and without damage. You will bear the costs for return shipping; all other payments we´ve received will be refunded.
